Richard was called by the Inner Temple in 1997 and is instructed by Solicitors principally on the basis of his excellent client care, exhaustive case preparation and determined advocacy. He will fight to win but always advise clients on the commercial and practical realities of their case.
He is also a Deputy District Judge of the Family Court, Financial Remedies Court and County Court and a specialist IFLA Family Arbitrator.
